Hangzhou Shalom EO offers the SAW grade lithium niobate (or LiNbO3) crystals and wafers, advanced facilities are equipped for crystals growing, wafer cutting, wafer lapping, wafer polishing and wafer checking, all finished products are passed at Testing of curie Temp and QC inspections. The SAW grade or acoustical grade LiNbO3 crystals boules, blanks, wafer blanks and polished wafers are available upon customer's request.

Langasite crystal (La3Ga5SiO14,LGS),belonging to the space group P321, point group 32, has been reported to be promising new piezoelectric materials for fabrication of surface acoustic wave (SAW) and bulk acoustic wave (BAW) devices. It is reported that devices made of langasite crystal could be used at a high temperature up to 900℃ because of its high thermal stability.
